The 2020 Shanghai has been announced, and the event will take place on November 29, 2020. The full marathon through the streets of Shanghai will have 9,000 participants this year. Registration is open from 2.30pm October 21 to 5pm October 24. Participants must register a Shanghai Health Code. Many more people apply than there are places, so there will be a name-draw on October 29. Application fee is 100rmb for Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and 300rmb for expats.
